We sell only genuine spare parts for the products we deal with.
The taxes that are charged on our bills are judged by expert opinion to be accurate, applicable and payable by us to the competent authority.
When you place an order on us, we will immediately take action by processing it through our computerised system.
You will immediately know the total cost of your purchase and the parts that are in our stock. Simultaneously, we will take steps to make available the parts that are not in our stock, but are required by you.
All service work is done to approved procedures, standards and tolerances by Qualified Service Engineersunder the guidance of Factory Trained Engineers.
In case warranty is agreed to, we will arrange the replacement of parts on priority, by the fastest means available and ensure that the equipment is put back into operation satisfactorily.
For warranty service within Bangalore we will depute our Service Engineer within 4 hours; for any southern and northern part of India we will acknowledge the complaint within 30 minutes and depute our Service Engineer within 24 hours and 72 hours respectively.
When customers call at our facility during working hours, we will attend to them immediately wherever possible. In any case it will not be later than within 10 minutes.
When we receive a call during working hours for service at the customer’s location, we will endeavour to depute a service engineer immediately, but are committed to ensure that such requests are attended to within the next working day.
All customers’ requests for services are documented and serially recorded. They are available for your inspection.
The staff you deal with have been trained for the positions they occupy. They have competence and authority. If you do have complaints, we expect our staff to resolve them with you, as and when they occur.

We conduct regular in-house as well as field training for our customers.
Please follow the maintenance and service instructions in the Operator’s Handbook. This will keep your equipment running in peak condition.
Please have your equipment thoroughly checked by trained staff.
