The Compact Batching Plant (CBP) is fitted with a 0.5m3 per batch counter current Planetary Pan Mixer, 4 Compartment Type Bins, each of capacity 10m3 and a skip rail system.
The aggregate loading conveyor feeds the bin, which can store 40 m3 (10m3 x 4) of aggregates without any stock of dead material.
The power consumption is only 1.06 kw/m3, making it extremely cost effective.
This plant is easily installed or dismantled in 2 shifts.
A simple foundation of only 15 m3 concrete is required.
This compact plant which occupies only (5.25 m X 11.25 m) = 59.06 m2
The weighing of cement, water and aggregates is determined by highly sensitive load cells. The individual weighing system feature ensures weighing accuracy and a high quality concrete mix.
The PLC based control system with management unit is operator friendly.
The Compact Batching Plant requires one man operation only.
