The RLA 20 has a maximum power consumption of 0.6 kw/m3, making it very cost effective
Per batch capacity of fresh concrete is 0.625 m3
A simple and small concrete foundation of only 8 m3 is required for this compact plant
The plant can be erected or dismantled within a shift, and the entire plant can be transported in 2 trucks, thus making for easy shifting from site to site.
The weighing of aggregates is determined by highly sensitive load cells, while water is measured through a pulse meter. These features ensure weighing accuracy and a high quality concrete mix.
The RLA 20 is single man operated. The control panel can be operated in manual or fully automatic mode, and gives various reports, such as cycle, daily and weekly totals, cumulative etc.
Further, no additional equipment is required for feeding aggregates, as in a ‘star type’ batching plant. 240m3 can be directly stocked in the swept area of the RLA Plant, with almost no stock of dead material
This plant is best suited for continuous concreting and dedicated projects and sites
