OUR SPARE PARTS POLICY

It is our policy to satisfy our customers with the quality and value of our offer.  However, if you are not entirely satisfied with any item that you have purchased form us, we would be happy to assist you :

 
For unused spares please return the item, together with its invoice, within 30 days and we will exchange them or give you a complete refund.  If you do not    have an invoice, we will give you an exchange, or a Credit Note for the value as known from our records.
For used and failed spares within the parts warranty period, please contact our , who will assist you by investigating the failure and advice on its free replacement or otherwise.
We have full confidence in the quality of our products, but should you have a problem please bring it to our attention.
